We believe self-management and non-hierarchical governance are fundamental to any team. We operate as a collective and make decisions by consensus.

Why free software?

Choosing technology means choosing who controls our tools, who has access to knowledge, and what kind of future we want to sustain.

It can lower costs, but that’s beside the point. It’s about building shared tools, making knowledge open, and fostering cooperation—all while respecting the time and lives of the people who create and use technology.
